Synopsis:

Gender-based sexist violence is a pandemic that Cuban women cannot escape. This practical workshop teaches self-defense techniques, control of positions and anatomical knowledge to defend yourself against imminent sexual assault, to prevent and confront situations of violence in Cuba on the street and at home. It is not an endorsement of violence as a response to gender-based violence, but rather empowerment for Cuban women.
