    Bio:

    Cecilia Galván

    Cecilia Galván is a political scientist and professor of the Carrera de Ciencia Política at the Universidad de Buenos Aires. She is the recipient of a CONICET grant, is a UBACYT researcher and currently is completing a doctorate in Political Sciences at the Escuela de Política y Gobierno of the UNSAM. She is a legislative assessor to the Honorable Cámara de Diputados de la Nación specialized in the study of the functioning of democratic institutions: presidentialism, congresses, organisms of control and political parties.

    María Pazo

    María Pazo has worked for 20 years in the sector of innovation and social change, in both Argentina and Canada. She has worked as a consultant for different international organizations. Her curiosity has led her to work in public policy, where she has an active presence. She also works as a teacher and coordinator of the Political Sciences Department at the Universidad del Salvador.

    Octavio Tesone

    Octavio Tesone has worked at the intersection of technology, public affairs, public management, communication and regulatory impact with twenty years of experience in public management and consulting for businesses and organization of civil society and public affairs. He is a teacher at the Universidad de Palermo and the Universidad de Buenos Aires.
