    Synopsis:

    In this meeting, the mediator Elaine Roca will bring us closer to the foundations of restorative justice and its possible forms of application in the authoritarian context.


    Bio:

    Elaine Roca Aguiar: Graduate in philosophy from the University of Havana and in Religious Sciences from the Rafael Cepeda Institute (ISECRE). She is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Mediation, Negotiation and Conflict Resolution at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. At the same time, she works as a facilitator in the Mediation Association for the Pacification of Conflicts (AMPC) in the Aranjuez prison. Roca Aguiar has published various articles on existing social problems in Cuba in several independent magazines, including Dialektika and Cuba Próxima.
