    Synopsis:

    In today's meeting, the Venezuelan historian Miguel Ángel Martínez Meucci brings us closer to the necessary premises to evaluate social mediation scenarios.


    Bio:

    Political scientist, graduated from the Central University of Venezuela (UCV), master's degree in Political Science from the Simón Bolívar University (USB), and doctorate in the Political Conflict and Pacification Processes Program from the Complutense University of Madrid (UCM). Associate professor of the Department of Social Sciences and the Coordination of Postgraduate Studies in Political Science of the USB, an institution where he has taught since 2006. Member of the Hannah Arendt Observatory (OHA). His lines of research focus on the study of revolutions, the causes of wars and the theory and sociology of conflict. He is the author of several articles in national and foreign magazines specialized in political sciences. He is currently coordinator of the USB Professional Improvement Program in International Relations.
