    Los procesos revolucionarios son ciclos de transformaciones políticas que modifican de modo abrupto el status quo imperante. En nuestro encuentro de hoy el Dr. Miguel Ángel Martínez Meucci nos presentará las principales complejidades de los ciclos revolucionarios clásicos.


    Bio:

    Political scientist, graduated from the Central University of Venezuela (UCV), Master in Political Science from the Simón Bolívar University (USB), and PhD in the Program of Political Conflict and Pacification Processes from the Complutense University of Madrid (UCM). Associate Professor of the Department of Social Sciences and the Coordination of Graduate Studies in Political Science of the USB, an institution where he has taught since 2006. Member of the Hannah Arendt Observatory (OHA). His lines of research focus on the study of revolutions, the causes of wars and the theory and sociology of conflict. He is the author of several articles in national and foreign magazines specialized in political science. He is currently coordinator of the Professional Improvement Program in International Relations of the USB.
