    Bio:

    Otoniel Vázquez Monnar: Graduate and doctor in psychology from the Universidad de Oriente, where he taught for more than a decade. He currently works as a psychologist at the Integrated Health and Social Services Center of Montérégie-Centre in Canada. Professor Vázquez Monnar has specialized in the monitoring and analysis of political violence in Cuba, publishing important texts in various media about the effects of this phenomenon on the island society.
