    Bio:


    Author of the chapter of the Encyclopedia of Spanish in the United States dedicated to “Las publishing companies of Cubans abroad. Editions and catalogues”. (Havana, Cuba, 1938). In Cuba, before 1960 when he left for Spain, he collaborated in literary magazines and founded with René Ariza the poetic notebook Cántico. Study in the universities of Havana and Madrid and received his PhD from the University of Texas, Austin (United States). Joined). He has been a professor at the North American universities of New Hampshire; Southern California; Texas; Wisconsin; Miami-Dade College and in the Council's graduate courses Superior of Scientific Investigations in Malaga; He has also directed the courses of the American universities of Wisconsin, Indiana and Purdue at Complutense University from Madrid, Spain. He began working in 1984 for Radio Martí in Washington, D.C., and later in his office in Miami, FL, as programming coordinator and later as deputy director, dedicating twenty years of his life to the broadcasting services of the Government of the United States.
