    Synopsis:
    Mariano is in the hospital for a prostate exam. China awaits the body of her recently deceased husband. Both recognize each other from waiting in a queue. She wants to drink some rum to forget, she has always wanted to let down her long black hair. They spend the afternoon together. With the arrival of the night, Mariano makes her a proposition that will open their imagination.







  • DIRECTOR'S BIO





    Zoe Miranda is a creative producer and director living between Havana and New York. Her work is focused on the potentialities of non-fiction cinema and explores themes such as identity, migration, and belonging. Her films have been screened at festivals such as Sundance Film Festival, IDFA, Tribeca Film Festival, and Clermont-Ferrand, among others. La hora azul, her first fiction film, was supported by INSTAR and the Tribeca Documentary Fund/Pond 5.
