    INSTAR defends principles that constitute the foundational ethical basis of its work and its pedagogical mission as a benchmark for fair and horizontal labor practices, outside Cuban state institutions.

    Among these principles are:

    – No discrimination on the basis of skin color,   ideology, religion, gender identity, sexual   orientation, geographical origin, income,   profession or any other category
